The below is the proposed Single Member District boundaries from the W6TF. This map will serve as the basis for recommendations proposing to change either the ANC or SMD boundaries at the September 19 W6TF meeting. To the extent alternative recommendations are submitted to the task force in advance of that meeting, they will be added to this post for discussion.

From 8th Street at Florida Avenue NE, proceed southeast on Florida to 15th Street; proceed east on Benning Road to 19th Street; then south on 19th to C Street NE; then east on C to 22nd; then south on 22nd to East Capitol; then west on East Capitol to 13th; then south on 13th to the southern part of East Capitol (the southern boundary of Lincoln Park); then west on East Capitol to 11th Street NE; then north on 11th Street to East Capitol; then west on East Capitol to 8th Street NE; then north on 8th Street NE to the starting point at Florida Avenue NE.

From Florida Avenue NE at 8th Street NE, proceed southeast on Florida to 13th; then south on 13th to H Street NE then west on H Street to 11th Street NE; proceed south on 11th Street to G Street; then west on G Street to 8th Street; then proceed north on 8th to Florida Avenue to complete the circuit.

From G Street NE at 8th Street, proceed east on G to 11th Street; then north on 11th to H Street NE; then east on H Street to 13th Street NE; then south on 13th to E Street NE; then west on E Street to Maryland Ave NE; then southwest on Maryland Ave to 8th Street NE; then north on 8th Street to complete the circuit.

From Maryland Avenue NE at 8th Street, proceed northeast to E Street NE; then east on E Street to 10th Street NE; then south on 10th to C Street NE; then east on C to 12th Street; then south on 12th to East Capitol at Lincoln Park; then west on East Capitol (north of the Park) to 11th Street NE; then south to East Capitol; then west to 8th Street NE; then proceed north on 8th to Maryland Avenue to complete the circuit.

From the intersection of C at 12th Streets NE, proceed east on C to 15th Street; then south on 15th to East Capitol; then west on East Capitol to 13th Street NE; then south on 13th Street to the south lanes of East Capitol; then west on East Capitol to 11th Street NE; then 11th north to the northern lanes of East Capitol; then east to 12th Street NE (completely enclosing Lincoln Park within this SMD); then proceed north on 12th Street NE to C Street to complete the circuit.

From the intersection of 15th and Isherwood Streets NE, proceed east to 16th; then turn south on 16th to D Street NE; then east on D Street to 18th Street; then north on 18th to E Street; then east on E to 19th Street; then south on 19th to C Street NE; then east on C Street to 22nd Street; then curve south on 22nd Street to East Capitol Street; then west on East Capitol to 15th Street NE; then proceed north on 15th to Isherwood to complete the circuit.
